Bundle branch what?
OK…here it is. I don’t want to go into how this started but if you read the previous post you will notice I was in the emergency room because of chest pains. I found out later last night that I had a bundle branch block which can be mild or severe. Fortunately mine was mild and did not lead to serious heart injury or problems. I want to make sure it is understood that what has happened to me is not serious but it is a wake up call to let me know that I have to take care of myself. Excercise is tremendously important and so is a balanced diet. Now for the main cause of my issue. Stress, my friends, is a killer. I would suggest that you learn and understand what stress is. This is something I will be focusing on for a while personaly. We sometimes think that we are not stressed if we don’t feel pressured, not so, stress comes in many forms. I hope to teach as I learn.
